1. Scope
This disclaimer applies to all products offered by Aesthetic Peptides on this website and to all content published here. The legally binding version is the German one.
2. Intended use: research only
All products are intended exclusively for legitimate scientific research and laboratory purposes, such as analytical, in-vitro or other laboratory investigations.
3. No use on humans or animals
None of the products is intended for use on or in humans or animals. This includes in particular consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation and application to skin or mucous membranes.
4. No medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or veterinary purpose
The products are not offered as medicines, medical devices, dietary supplements or cosmetics. They are not intended for therapeutic, medical, diagnostic or veterinary purposes, nor for the prevention, detection or alleviation of any disease or physical condition.
5. No dosing or application instructions
Aesthetic Peptides gives no recommendations on dosage, intake, injection or any other application for humans or animals — neither on this website nor on request.
6. Scientific information
Scientific information, literature references and technical data on this website serve exclusively research and information purposes. They describe the state of research on a substance and do not constitute a statement about any effect of our products. A certificate of analysis (COA) describes the tested properties of one specific batch; it is not evidence of safety, efficacy or suitability for use on humans or animals.
7. What “Research Use Only” means
The designation “Research Use Only” (RUO) does not mean that a product has been approved for use on humans or animals or that its safety and efficacy have been assessed. Research-grade purity says nothing about tolerability.
8. Responsibility of the purchaser
The purchaser alone is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession, storage, handling and use of the respective products are permitted under the laws applicable to them. Legal requirements may differ from country to country.
The purchaser handles, stores, transports and disposes of the products in accordance with recognised laboratory practice and the applicable regulations, and keeps them out of reach of children and unauthorised persons. Any use contrary to the intended purpose is the sole responsibility of the purchaser; to the extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Peptides accepts no liability for such use.
9. Minimum age 18
Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.
10. Confirmation with the order
With every order the purchaser expressly confirms that they are at least 18 years old and that they acquire and use the products exclusively for the stated research purpose and not on humans or animals.
11. Refusal and cancellation of orders
Aesthetic Peptides may refuse or cancel an order if there are indications that the products are to be used contrary to this intended purpose, or if the purchaser does not meet the minimum age. Payments already made will be refunded in this case.
12. No medical advice, no statements on effects
This website and this disclaimer do not replace medical, pharmaceutical or veterinary advice and contain no statements about any therapeutic effect of the products. For health questions, please consult a doctor or pharmacist.
